The protection of personal data is important to me. This Privacy Policy explains which data is processed when you visit this website and when you contact me.
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland. For the technical delivery of the website, connection data required for secure, stable and functional operation is processed. Where applicable, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
When the website is accessed, server logs are processed. IP addresses are shortened; the log files are deleted after 30 days. On this basis, a simple server-side web statistics function is generated in German. No browser-based analytics script is used, and no marketing or profiling user profiles are created.
The processing serves the technical operation and security of the website, error analysis and simple statistical evaluation. Where applicable, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
When you contact me via the contact form, your name, email address, company or organisation, reason for contact and message are processed. Your phone number and preferred call-back time are processed only if you request a call back.
The data is used to process your enquiry, contact you and, where applicable, prepare a business relationship. For enquiries relating to a contract or pre-contractual measures, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other business enquiries, where applicable, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Data from contact enquiries is deleted once the enquiry has been fully processed and no further storage is required. Statutory retention obligations and requirements relating to the performance or documentation of a business relationship remain unaffected.
If you contact me directly by email, the data you provide is processed to handle your enquiry and for further communication. Where applicable, the same legal bases apply as for the contact form.
Protection Against Misuse
To protect the contact form against misuse, a technical rate limit is used. A hash is generated from the IP address and stored together with a temporary timestamp in a temporary server directory. Message content is not stored. The data is deleted after approximately 15 minutes. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the protection of the website and contact channel against misuse.
This website currently does not use cookies or comparable local storage technologies for analytics, marketing or profiling purposes. No tracking or marketing cookies requiring consent are used.
The server-side access statistics are based on server logs and do not require an analytics cookie in the browser. A cookie consent banner is therefore currently not required.
This website contains only a link to my public LinkedIn profile. Only when you follow this link do you leave this website and access LinkedIn. The respective provider is responsible for the data processing that takes place there.
In particular, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability where applicable, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
